Short dramas worth the cliffhanger

ThrillShort is a short-drama studio brand of Velvet Ninth Studios LLC, a Maryland company. We make original vertical series for phones: episodes run about 80 to 110 seconds, a series runs around 36 episodes, and every episode ends on a reason to watch the next one.

How we make our shows

Our team develops every story, from the premise and series plan to each episode's script. Each character is cast once with a fixed look that stays the same for the whole series. Episodes are produced with generative AI tools for video, voices and sound, then assembled and reviewed by a person before release.

Because the footage is AI-generated, every episode is labeled as AI-generated wherever it plays. All characters, places and events are fictional, and every character in a romantic storyline is an adult.

Where to watch

The first 8 episodes of Expelled by Mom, Wed to the Reaper and My Husband Thinks I'm a Machine are free on this site. The full series are coming to the ThrillShort app, first inside TikTok as a Mini Drama and then on iPhone.
